Why Affirmative Disclosures Matter
In November, 2015 I posted about a local case where an answer was struck and due to a defendant not disclosing certain witnesses per NRCP 16.1(a)(1)(A).[1] That case eventually made its way to the Supreme Court of Nevada, who affirmed the ruling.[2] The lesson I wrote in 2015 apparently still has some value. “Disclose early and often.”
